To and from Christiansbro

Christianshavn Metro Station is just a 5-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Copenhagen Airport, Nørreport, and Frederiksberg, with trains running every 2-4 minutes.

 

Additionally, bus lines 2A, 31, and 37 are only 2 minutes away, providing service to Copenhagen Central Station every 5 minutes (every 3 minutes during rush hours).

 

We also maintain strong partnerships with local taxi companies and town car services, ensuring convenient transportation options for all your needs.

Access

The day you move in, the reception will provide you with a key card granting access to the building, your offices, and various facilities, including bicycle parking, changing rooms, the parking garage, and meeting rooms.

Parking, bicycle services, showers and changing rooms

Our bicycle facilities are located beneath the building and are accessible 24/7. In addition to parking, we offer an air pump, a service room for self-repairs, and a monthly visit from a professional bike service company. You can book an appointment here.

 

For those who choose to bike to work, go for a run, or enjoy a morning swim in the canal, we offer shower and changing room facilities. Additionally, we have a drying room for your wet clothes.

 

Our basement also houses a parking garage, where you can rent a space. From there, you can take the elevator directly to your office floor without leaving the building.

 

We offer guest parking at Knippelsbrogade 7-9. When your guests park their car, they need to register the vehicle at the reception, where we will be happy to assist. The parking ticket is valid for up to 5 hours.

Reception

Upon entering the building, you will be greeted by our highly skilled receptionists, who are available to assist your employees and guests at any time. Our reception operates from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Guests

Upon your guests’ arrival at Christiansbro, you will be promptly notified via both email and SMS. We will issue them a visitor badge for identification, and while they wait in the lobby, they will be offered a complimentary cup of coffee or a glass of water to ensure their comfort. Additionally, they are welcome to use our guest toilets located on the ground floor.

 

If needed, we are also happy to assist with ordering a taxi.

Postal services

When you move into Christiansbro, you will receive a key to the mailbox located outside our building. Our receptionists are also happy to receive mail on your behalf and will notify you immediately upon its arrival.

 

If you are expecting packages, please note that deliveries should be directed to our delivery entrance in the building next door. The address you need to provide to the sender is:

Meeting rooms

As a tenant at Christiansbro, you have the right to use our meeting rooms. We offer several rooms that can accommodate groups ranging from 6 to 30 people, located throughout the building.

 

All rooms are equipped with a screen, HDMI cable, and whiteboard, while the larger rooms also feature ClickShare for easy wireless presentations.

 

To book a room, simply contact the reception.

Wi-Fi

All shared spaces in the building are equipped with free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

 

This service is also available to your guests, who can obtain the login credentials at the front desk.

Canteen & catering

The canteen is located on the ground floor. Here we serve breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 am and lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 pm.

 

Our in-house bakery provides us with freshly baked bread every morning. In addition to breakfast, you can also purchase croissants, pastries, and freshly pressed fruit juice.

 

If you can’t make it to the canteen during opening hours, don’t worry! We have a kiosk in the canteen where you can buy food, snacks, and beverages at any time.

 

We also offer meeting catering, which can be ordered through our webpage, where you can view our menu. Please note that orders must be placed by 2:00 pm the day before your meeting.

 

Additionally, there are three coffee machines available for free use: two on the ground floor (one in the lobby and one in the canteen) and one on the third floor, G3.

Handyman services

You have access to an in-house handyman for minor repair tasks. Please request handyman services at the reception.

If you need additional assistance, such as help with moving or similar tasks, the reception or handyman can arrange this for you.

Social events

Approximately every three months, COOR, our facility provider, hosts a Friday bar for everyone in the building. The event takes place in the canteen and offers a great opportunity to mingle with other tenants outside of your own firm. The gathering runs from 3 to 6 pm, and no registration is needed—just come as you are!

A variety of beverages including beer, wine, soda, sparkling drinks, and a selection of cocktails will be served along with sandwiches and snacks to enjoy during the event.

Cleaning and garbage disposal

We provide customized office cleaning services tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Your office bin is emptied daily, along with the kitchen trash in our kitchenette.

 

At Christiansbro, we prioritize environmental responsibility, including thorough waste sorting. We also provide monthly reports on trash disposal and food waste.

Disposal of confidential documents

A secure paper container will be placed in your office for the disposal of confidential documents.

 

When it needs to be emptied, simply request this service at the reception.

Fire alarm

In the event of a fire alarm, please calmly exit your office and locate the nearest staircase.

 

Take the stairs down to the lobby and exit the premises through the fire exit located at the back of the reception.

 

Our designated gathering spot is the grass field between the building and Christians Church.

The neighbourhood

Christianshavn is often referred to as a village within the city. Base yourself here and you have everything within your reach.

Whether you are looking for nice place for a business lunch, a convenience store, Michelin restaurants, a five-star hotel, or simply a leisurely stroll, Christianshavn has got your back.

A variety of shops, including a pharmacy, a supermarket and a 7-eleven, are found along Torvegade and on Christianshavns Torv.

A few steps down the quay Restaurant No. 2 dishes up elegant nordic fare for lunch and dinner, whereas Restaurant Plates located next door in Hotel NH Collection Copenhagen offers dinner served family style. If you are looking for a bit more of everything, two-starred Restaurant Kadeau around the corner in Wildersgade is definitely worth a visit. So is of course Restaurant Noma, located a bit further away in Christianshavn – if you are lucky enough to get a table. 

If you need to clear your head or go for a walk’n’talk, you are in for a treat. Just follow the way of the water and you’ll get magnificent habour views as well as quaint cobblestone charm by the canal. Chances are you’ll stumble across your new favourite coffee spot or restaurant along the way.
